Dr Bisi Imonitie is a highly motivated and broadly skilled human capital professional with diverse experience in organisational learning and capability (HR), professional identity development, transformational change, diversity and inclusion and cultural intelligence.
With experience in the mining, government and educational sectors spanning over 12 years. Bisi is passionate about human capital development and aligning mindsets with business outcomes and performance that create an innovative working environment where people are enabled to bring their differences and whole selves to work in a way that increases both individual and collective productivity and organizational efficiency. Passionate about helping professionals across various fields unlock their full potential at work, her work focuses on helping people improve their learning within organisational settings using action learning and experiential learning based strategies.
She currently lectures at Murdoch University, facilitates workshops and runs coaching programs for professionals and entrepreneurs.
