Glen Davies initially spent 14 years working in community development, presenting personal development programs in over 90% of Western Australian High Schools and many community organisations. During this time Glen would speak to up to 40,000 young people a year, giving him the ability to relate and have a keen understanding of the needs of today’s young people.

After a short period ofworking in Practice Management and Business Development for a Perth law firm, Glenmoved in to the International Education Sector in 2015 as AIWT’s International Student Manager.  In this short time, Glen quickly gained astrongand diverse understanding of the International Education Market in Australia. 

Glen’s experience in International Education ranges across several disciplines including student admissions, student services, marketing and international student recruitment. Now with a focus on international student recruitment, Glen has travelled extensively throughout Africa including the nations of Kenya, Zambia, Namibia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Mauritius, and has an acquit awarenessof the needs of this region and a passion to see a genuine transfer of skills and improvement of economic prosperity.

Glen is passionate about working with international studentsto see their lives and communities strengthened. This is outworked by his desire to see a strongstudent focused emphases on recruitment, practical and industry relevant training andclear pathways to employability.
